User Privacy Agreement

Welcome to use Zhixia Data and its services (hereinafter referred to as "Zhixia Data" or "we")!

Zhixia Data attaches great importance to your personal privacy and is committed to taking corresponding security protection measures in accordance with the law to protect your personal information. When using the services of Zhixia Data software, we may collect and use the following information related to you. This Privacy Policy is closely related to the Zhixia Data services you use. When you use or continue to use the services of Zhixia Data, it indicates your consent to the collection, storage, and use of your relevant information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) What information do we need to collect?

To provide you with services and ensure the security of your services, during your use of the Zhixia Data service, Zhixia Data will collect information that you actively input or that is generated as a result of using the service, including but not limited to the following scenarios and content:

1. Login and Registration

· 1.1 When you register and log in to the Zhixia Data Analysis Product (hereinafter referred to as "Zhixia Data") account, you need to complete a series of registration procedures as guided by us. During this process, we will collect information including but not limited to your mobile phone number (personal sensitive information used to receive verification codes) and email address. Only by providing the above information truthfully and accurately can you successfully register for a Zhixia Data account and use the product. If you choose not to provide the above essential information for the implementation of Zhixia Data services, it may result in our inability to provide you with Zhixia Data services.

· 1.2 Our products support your use of third-party platform accounts (WeChat accounts) for login. If you log in using a third-party platform account, we will obtain relevant information (including: nickname, avatar, etc.) and identity verification information (personal sensitive information) under that third-party account based on your authorization. We promise that the collection of the above information is for the purpose of providing you with account login services and ensuring the security of your account, as well as preventing security risks. If you refuse to authorize such information, you will not be able to log in to our platform using a third-party platform account, but this will not affect the normal use of other products and services we provide.

· 1.3 The matching results of mobile phone numbers and verification codes are your personal sensitive information. We collect such information based on relevant requirements of laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide it, it may result in your inability to register an account and use relevant product features. Please carefully consider before choosing whether to provide it.

2. Use the product or service

When you use the services of the Zhixia Data Platform or access the platform's web pages, Zhixia Data automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP Address, information about your actual location, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software characteristic information, and web page records of your requests; if you use Zhixia Data or its affiliated companies' products (such as Mini Programs), or access mobile web pages to use the services of the Zhixia Data Platform, Zhixia Data may read information related to your mobile device, including but not limited to device model, device identifier, operating system, resolution, telecommunications carrier, etc.

When you use the search service provided by Zhixia Data, in order to provide more accurate data analysis results, Zhixia Data will collect your search keyword information, protect and process it, and apply recommendation algorithms.

3. Provide after-sales services

When you subscribe to a membership or purchase other value-added services on our Zhixia Data platform, you need to use the payment function. During the payment process, we may collect information such as your third-party payment channels. The above information is necessary for us to provide you with the purchase service, and we cannot obtain your personal property information solely based on this information. Meanwhile, we will collect some order-related information, including: transaction amount, payment time, order number, order status, payment method, payment status, etc. We collect this information to help you complete transactions smoothly and ensure the security of your transactions.

4. Improve our products and services

When using the Zhixia Data product, we may collect, including but not limited to the following:

· 4.1 Rough Location: Obtain rough location information, provide anti-cheating functionality for developers to eliminate cheating devices; simultaneously correct user geographical distribution data to make report data more accurate. Our company does not use or store this data.

· 4.2 IDFA, IMEI: Obtain advertising identifiers and count the sources of advertising channels;

· 4.3 Unique Device Identifier (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM Card IMSI Information): Obtain the unique device identifier, provide statistical analysis services, calibrate the accuracy of report data through geolocation, and provide basic anti-cheating capabilities.

In addition to the above information, Zhixia Data may also collect other information from you for the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, including relevant information provided when you contact Zhixia Data's Client Server team, questionnaire response information sent to Zhixia Data when you participate in a questionnaire survey, and relevant information collected by Zhixia Data during your interactions with Zhixia Data's affiliates and partners. Meanwhile, to enhance the security of the services provided by the Zhixia Data platform, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, Zhixia Data may assess the risk of your account by understanding some of your online usage habits, information about the software you commonly use, etc., and may record some URLs that Zhixia Data deems risky.

(2) How Information Is Used

1. All information collected by Zhixia Data from you is used in the services we provide to you and for improving these products or services. To enhance your product or service experience or prevent risks, Zhixia Data will aggregate, statistically analyze, and process service usage data, but this information will not contain any of your identifying information.

2. During the period when Zhixia Data provides services to you, you authorize Zhixia Data to continuously collect and use your information. When you cancel the service, we will stop collecting your relevant personal information, but Zhixia Data will continue to use the relevant personal information previously collected from you in areas such as business document archiving, auditing, and regulatory assistance investigations.

3. Zhixia Data's customer service and after-sales functions will use your account information and order information. To ensure the security of your account, Zhixia Data's customer service will use your account information to verify your identity with you. When you need Zhixia Data to provide customer service and after-sales services related to your order information, Zhixia Data will query your order information. You may provide additional information other than the above during communication with Zhixia Data's customer service staff, for example, when you request Zhixia Data to change your contact person or contact number.

4. Zhixia Data may use the contact information in the personal information you provided to communicate with you, such as notifying you about your account, security updates, product and service information, and sending you important notifications in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this Agreement.

5. To keep you informed about the use of Zhixia Data products or services or to help you further understand Zhixia Data services, Zhixia Data will send you service status notifications and commercial information about relevant products or services, and will share information with Zhixia Data's partners in accordance with these Terms so that they can send you information about their products and services.

6. Zhixia Data may use your personal information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security hazards, illegal activities, or violations of agreements, policies, or rules with Zhixia Data or its affiliated parties, in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, those of other Zhixia Data users, or those of Zhixia Data or its affiliated parties.

7. Despite Zhixia Data having taken corresponding security measures, it may still be inevitable that a third party evades Zhixia Data's security measures and accesses Zhixia Data's database to find your resume. Zhixia Data believes that when you placed your resume in Zhixia Data's database, you had already realized and agreed to assume such risks. Zhixia Data shall not assume any legal liability for any legal disputes arising therefrom.

8. Other uses authorized by you and permitted by law.

"Cookies" are small pieces of data that a website sends to a client's computer hard drive to record information about the client. Cookies allow a website to remember certain information about the client, making it more convenient for the client to browse a web. Like most websites today, Zhixia Data uses Cookies technology to provide you with a more enjoyable online experience. Please click on the "Help" option in your browser to learn about how to adjust the acceptance of Cookies. If you choose not to accept Cookies, you may not be able to enjoy certain convenient features provided on the website. Information obtained through Cookies set by Zhixia Data will be subject to this policy; Cookies set on your computer by companies or individuals advertising on Zhixia Data through their ads will be used in accordance with their own privacy policies.

III. How to Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(1) Sharing and Transfer

1. Unless we obtain your affirmative consent or authorization, Zhixia Data will not share or transfer your personal information with any other company, organization, or individual.

2. If business operations require us to share or transfer your personal information externally, we will inform you of the purpose of sharing or transferring personal information, the type of data recipient, and obtain your authorized consent. In cases involving sensitive information, we will also inform you of the type of sensitive information, the identity of the data recipient, and their data security capabilities, and obtain your express authorized consent.

3. In accordance with laws, regulations, and business practices, in similar transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, etc., if personal information transfer is involved, Zhixia Data will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

(2) Public Disclosure

1. We will not publicly disclose your personal information. If disclosure is indeed necessary, Zhixia Data will inform you of the purpose and type of the disclosed personal information; in cases involving sensitive information, it will also inform you of the content of the sensitive information and obtain your explicit consent in advance.

2. We may publicly disclose your personal information in the event of a legal requirement, legal proceeding, lawsuit, or mandatory requirement of a government authority.

(3) Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, and national standards, in the following circumstances, Zhixia Data may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your separate authorization and consent:

1. Directly related to national security and national defense security;

2. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

3. Information directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgment, or disclosed to third parties or administrative or judicial authorities at the request of administrative or judicial authorities; for example, if you are a qualified intellectual property rights complainant and have filed a complaint, you may disclose information to the accused party at their request to facilitate the handling of potential rights disputes between the two parties;

4. In a certain classified information transaction created on Zhixia Data, if either party to the transaction has fulfilled or partially fulfilled its transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Zhixia Data has the right to decide to provide the requesting party with your contact information and other necessary information to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.

5. When it is necessary to safeguard your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;

6. The personal information collected is information that you have voluntarily made public to the general public; for example, any leakage of personal information caused by you disclosing your password to others or sharing your registered account and password with others, or any leakage of personal privacy information caused by reasons other than those attributable to Zhixia Data;

7. When collecting personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as through channels like legal news coverage and government information disclosure;

8. It is necessary to sign and perform the contract according to your requirements;

9. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as detecting and handling malfunctions of the products or services;

10. Necessary for legal coverage;

11. It is necessary for statistical or academic research conducted in the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions externally, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;

12. Other circumstances stipulated by laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

4. How to Store and Protect Your Personal Information

(1) Storage

1. Personal information collected and generated by Zhixia Data within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. However, for the purpose of handling cross-border business and after obtaining your authorized consent, your personal information may be transferred outside the territory. In such cases, Zhixia Data will take effective measures to protect the security of your information, for example, implementing security measures such as data de-identification before cross-border data transfer, or requiring overseas institutions to keep your information confidential through agreements, verifications and other measures.

2. Zhi Xia Data will only retain your personal information for the period required by laws and regulations and for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of this policy statement. For example:

Mobile phone number: When you need to use the Zhixia Data service, Zhixia Data needs to keep your mobile phone number at all times to ensure your normal use of the service. After you cancel your account, Zhixia Data will delete the corresponding information;

Your avatar: Once you set your avatar, Zhixia Data will always save it for display on the login page. When you choose to restore the default avatar, Zhixia Data will delete the avatar information you set.

(2) Protection

1. Zhixia Data has implemented industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provided, preventing data from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. Zhixia Data will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example, Zhixia Data will use encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality; Zhixia Data will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks; Zhixia Data will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; and Zhixia Data will conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.

2. If all or part of the services provided by Zhixia Data cease operation, Zhixia Data will notify you through announcements and other means regarding its relevant products or services, and at the same time, stop operations such as the collection of your personal information by relevant products or services to protect the security of your personal information. If all or part of the services are interrupted due to various reasons such as technical failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters and accidents, human factors, etc., Zhixia Data will take emergency response and recovery measures to address the situation and resume services as soon as possible.

3. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected.

4. When using the Zhixia Data service for online transactions, you will inevitably need to provide your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty of the transaction. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. Please understand that due to technological limitations and possible malicious attacks, there may be unexpected situations that Zhixia Data cannot reasonably foresee, prevent, avoid, or control. The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, so please use complex passwords to assist Zhixia Data in ensuring the security of your account. In the event that your information is leaked or stolen, Zhixia Data also provides services such as automatic system reporting and post deletion, customer service hotline, etc., to cooperate with your information security protection work.

5. In the event of a personal information security incident, Zhixia Data will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly notify you of the relevant details of the incident via email, letter, phone call, push notification, etc., or take reasonable and effective measures to issue an announcement. Meanwhile, Zhixia Data will also report the handling of the personal information security incident in accordance with regulatory requirements.

5. How do you manage personal information?

In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, Zhixia Data ensures that you can exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access, correction and updating of your personal information

You have the right to access, correct, and update your personal information through Zhixia Data, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. You are responsible for timely updating your personal information. We will verify your identity before you modify your personal information.

· 1.1 Account Info: You can access and correct your personal profile information in your account (including but not limited to password and linked account)

· 1.2 Order Information: You can access the Order Management page to view all your orders in various statuses.

(2) Account Usage Guidelines

1. You agree to abide by laws and the provisions of this Agreement, use the services of the "Zhixia Data" platform in good faith, and ensure that you will not use the services provided by Zhixia Data to engage in any illegal, socially harmful, unethical, or other improper activities that damage the legitimate rights and interests of others. Otherwise, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the services and require you to compensate for any losses.

2. You shall not post, transmit, or disseminate in any other way on the Zhixia Data Platform information containing any of the following content:

(1) Violating the prohibitive provisions of national laws and regulations;

(2) Involving political propaganda, feudal superstition, , pornography, gambling, violence, terrorism, or incitement to crime;

(3) fraudulent, false, inaccurate, or misleading;

(4) Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights or involving third-party trade secrets and other proprietary rights;

(5) Insulting, slandering, or infringing upon others' privacy or other legitimate rights; (6) Containing vulgar, , or other morally offensive content;

(7) There are viruses, Trojans, crawlers, and other malicious software or program codes that may damage, tamper with, delete, or affect the normal operation of any system related to Zhixia Data, or obtain Zhixia Data and other users' data and personal information without authorization;

(8) Other acts that violate social public interests or public morality.

3. You should ensure that:

(1) All your actions in using the products and services of Zhixia Data Platform comply with national laws, regulations and other normative documents, and comply with the provisions and requirements of the rules of Zhixia Data Platform.

(2) Without the consent of Zhixia Data, it is prohibited to obtain and use any data on the Zhixia Data Platform in any form for commercial purposes, including but not limited to information such as industry category analysis, list product selection, keyword data, etc.

Do not use any devices, viruses, Trojans, crawlers, or other software or program codes that may damage, tamper with, delete, or affect the normal operation of any system of Zhixia Data.

No improper means such as cheating, fraud, or exploiting system vulnerabilities are allowed to obtain improper benefits.

Users can only use the obtained data for legal compliance purposes within the scope of the platform with explicit written permission. It is prohibited to use the obtained data for commercial competition or other illegal and illegitimate purposes.

If it is found that the user violates the provisions of this agreement by obtaining, using or disclosing platform data without authorization, the platform has the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, suspension of services, or even freezing accounts and terminating cooperation, without any compensation or refund of membership fees, and reserves the right to pursue the user's breach of contract responsibility.

(3) Delete your personal information

You may submit a request to Zhixia Data to delete your personal information in the following situations:

(1) If Zhixia Data's handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(2) If Zhixia Data collects and uses your personal information without your consent;

(3) If Zhixia Data's handling of personal information violates the agreement with you;

(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or you have cancelled your account;

(5) If we no longer provide you with products or services.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from Zhixia Data, requesting them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will delete such information when the backup is updated.

(4) Account Cancellation

If you no longer use our products or services, you can cancel your account yourself in the Personal Center; you can also contact customer service to cancel your account. If you confirm the cancellation, Zhixia Data will clear all information you have left on the platform, including but not limited to account information, access records and other account data will be completely cleared; purchased products and membership rights and interests will be completely emptied; if there are any unexpired membership rights and interests under this account, they will directly expire and cannot be retrieved, so please be sure to operate with caution. The same user is only allowed one trial privilege, and re-registering after cancellation will not allow you to experience it again.

VI. Push function

When you register for an account with the application provided by Zhixia Data, you agree that we may collect and use the mobile phone number information provided by you for legitimate purposes such as account management, identity verification, service provision, and customer support. You also agree that we may send you advertising information, promotional activities, software update notifications, and other relevant service information via SMS, phone, WeChat official account, or other communication channels. The purpose of sending this information is to provide users with a better product experience and personalized services. We may use your mobile phone number, WeChat official account, email address, and push notification permissions on mobile devices to send you emails, SMS messages, news, or push notifications. If you do not wish to receive this information, you may choose to turn off notifications on your device according to our relevant instructions, and the specific operation method will be provided in each advertising message. We promise not to provide your registration information and contact details to third parties unless we obtain your explicit authorization or are required to do so by laws and regulations. You have the right to query, correct, or delete your registration information at any time. If you wish to exercise these rights, you may contact our Client Server at any time. Before registering for an account with Zhixia Data, please be sure to read the above instructions carefully. Registration indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to the above content, including receiving relevant advertising information.
